This is a monthly subscription service that automatically renews each month. subscription can be canceled via email with one whole calendar month notice. Any payments due in the cancelation period will still be taken and are non refundable. This is to prevent the service being misused and exploited.
User/PIN numbers must not be shared or resold. If we suspect any miss use, your account maybe paused while we investigate. This may lead to account being banned.
We may request pictures of workshop with the effected vehicle to confirm membership has not been shared.
while we aim to respond to each Job card within two hours, seven days a week, this is not guaranteed.
All communication with our technicians are suggestions only. It is the members responsibility to confirm fault cause.
While we have industry leading experts in our team we can not guarantee to help find the cause of every fault.
Diag Masters excepts no liability for any damages caused while assisting members.
Diag Masters excepts no liability for incorrect parts being fitted to vehicles.
No warranty is given or implied by Diag Masters.
It is the members responsibility to be trained to legal standards and be fully competent to work on the vehicle.
It is the members responsibility to have adequate tools and testing equipment.
